All orders are shipped via Canada Post, within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. I do my best to calculate and charge you accurate shipping costs, however any significant shipping overages will be refunded to you.
To keep shipping costs affordable to the customer, standard shipping rates DO NOT INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER (both for domestic and international orders). Shipping upgrades to have tracking included with your order are available to you at checkout. If you would like to request additional insurance for your package, or a priority shipping rate please contact me before placing your order.

Please be patient while you wait for your order to arrive. Packages (especially USA and international-bound) can often be held up during processing at the customs office, beyond the time estimates provided above. Please note that buyers are responsible for any additional duty or customs fees that may apply.
If you are local to Regina, SK or the surrounding area, we offer the option to pick-up your order to avoid paying for shipping! If your shipping address qualifies for this option, you will see the choice to select "Local Pick-Up" under the shipping options during checkout. Once your order is processed, you can expect to receive an email in your inbox within 24-48 hours with further information on the pick-up process. If you have questions at anytime regarding local pick-up, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for packages which are lost or damaged in transit. While I am happy to assist you in any way I can to locate a lost package, please contact your post office in the event of a non-delivery. We DO NOT offer credits or refunds in the event of lost or undelivered purchases. Again, please feel free to contact us if you would like to include additional insurance with your package.
If there is a discrepancy in the shipping address you have provided to us, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We are NOT responsible for the cost of re-shipping packages if they are returned due to a wrong address provided by the customer. In the event of this, you will be notified as soon as possible and your order will re-ship once payment for shipping has been received.
